The 'Research Analyst' role involves capturing and structuring of data to create product content & analytics for e-commerce organizations. Following of set procedures / guidelines, using tools & meeting relevant business objectives. As a part of the delivery & solution's team you will play a pivotal role in meeting our customer needs

Responsibilities and Duties

• Capturing and structuring of data to create product content for top e-commerce companies
• Follow work allocation, schedule and project plan
• Prioritize project tasks and seek assistance from Supervisor as applicable
• Escalate issues noticed in processes and projects to Supervisor in a timely manner
• Meet / exceed production targets
• QA work of colleagues based on Supervisors request
• Participate and Contribute in review meetings
• Adhere to Information security practices, attendance procedures, etc.
• Help / buddy team members as requested by Supervisor
• Upon request from Supervisor, train new entrants

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Experience:Freshers
• Education:B.Sc IT, MCA, BMS, BMM, MMS, B.Com
• Knowledge:Awareness of e-commerce and retail industry, Good knowledge of MS Office
• Skills:Analytical Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Decision Making Skills, Time Management, Computer Savvy
• Attitude:Self-motivated and enthusiastic, Inquisitive and creative, Keen Learner / Learning mind-set, Superior Attention to detail and accuracy, Highly research oriented
