Designation: Research Analyst (CDQA - Contact Discovery Quality Assurance)
Experience: 6 months to 2Yrs from B2B Lead Generation Industry Only
No. of positions: 20 Required
Location: Pune
Average tenure in the past company: 6 Months (Minimum)
Shifts: Should be comfortable with rotational shifts. Majorly Night shifts
Required Skills: - Good knowledge of primary research.Hands-on experience in using online research tools to retrieve contact information of prospects.Good hands-on using MS excel and internet browsing skills.Researching prospect client details over the web and confirm full contact details.Qualifying the contacts/prospects by calling the operator that are relevant to the specification.Verify that all the data collected is correctly entered and in the correct field.Day to day Team Management including shrinkage and attrition.Coordination with inter-dept managers for projects / campaigns you ownEnsure timely delivery of campaigns with highest efficiency and qualityAbility to meet set targets on a daily and weekly basis - (Daily target should be 150+ qualified CDQA Leads).
