Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Initiate proactive phone calls to former clients, identifying reasons for discontinuation, and persuading them to reconsider our services
2. Conduct regular service quality calls with existing subscription clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover opportunities for enhancement
3. Assist in planning, coordinating, and scheduling meetings and demos with directors, optimizing their time and avoiding scheduling conflicts
4. Collaborate with the customer relations team to develop and implement effective strategies for client retention and acquisition
5. Analyze customer feedback and market trends continuously to propose enhancements and innovations in our client engagement approach

Requirements:

1. 0-1 year of experience in customer relations or sales
2. Exceptional verbal communication abilities
3. Strong organizational skills, capable of multitasking
4. Strategic thinker with a proactive problem-solving approach
