Job Description

The Centre is looking to engage three full-time Researchers for this project who have skills and experience of working on challenging issues and are also ready to carry out extensive filed work in this regard.

1. Post Name: Research Associate

2. No of Post: 01

3. Stipend: 50,000 p.m. consolidated

4. Duration Of Assignment: The duration of the assignment is initially for six months and extendable by 18 months, starting immediately.

Research Associate:

5. Criteria For Selection:

1. CGPA/Percentage

2. Publication(s)

3. Previous work experience of more than three years in the field of Academics/SocioLegal Research/Practitioner (Law)

4. Excellent drafting skills

5. Preference will be given to the students with background/PhD in Law/Criminology.

6. Sound knowledge of empirical and doctrinal research.

7. Resident of Delhi/NCR

6. Responsibility:

1. Provide supervision and guidance to the team.

2. The candidates shall be required to collate the primary data from the field.

3. Coding and Analysis of the data collected.

4. Experience with specialized software or datasets.

5. Conduct of high quality doctrinal research pertaining to the subject matter.

6. Maintains highly detailed records of the stages of development of the project and the final results thereof.

7. Additionally, the candidates will be involved with other research related activities of

the Project/ Centre.

4. Preference will be given to the candidate with Law/Criminology/Psychology background.

5. Excellent Drafting skills

6. Sound knowledge of empirical research and doctrinal research.
