Job Profile: The Research Assistant will assist the faculty members of IRMA in the following-Preparation of data collection tools .Collection of secondary and primary data. Analysis of qualitative and quantitative data . Report generation
Qualification and Experience: The applicant should have a Master’s degree in Business Administration, and /or M.Phil / Ph.D. Good analytical skills along with excellent comprehensions skills of English and good reading comprehension skills is necessary.
Remuneration and Tenure : Appointment will be made on a contractual basis for a period of six months with a consolidated remuneration of Rs.20,000/- per month. A higher salary could be considered for a bright candidate. A performance bonus of Rs.30,000/- will be awarded on successfully completing the work in six months’ time.
Age: Preferably below 30 years.
Selection process :Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed at IRMA, Anand. The selected candidate shall be expected to join immediately. IRMA reserves the right to accept / reject any application. Relaxation in qualification/ experience may be considered by IRMA in case of an exceptional candidate.
