Job Description

Applications are invited from interested candidates for a temporary engagement as a Research Assistant for a research project “Application of Variable Frequency Transformer for Integration of Solar Photo-voltaic and Wind Energy Systems using Typhoon HIL” sponsored by the Typhoon HIL GmbH, Switzerland.

Qualification M. E. / M. Tech in relevant fields of Engineering with minimum CGPA of 6.5 or not less than 60% for General Category and for SC/ST/OBC minimum CGPA of 6.0 or not less than 55% at Master level or any other equivalent qualification recognized by the Institute. OR B. E. / B. Tech in Electrical Engineering with a valid GATE score above the prescribed cut off level/ NET Qualification. The candidates shall have a minimum CGPA of 8.0 or not less than 75% for General Category/OBC and for SC/ST minimum CGPA of 7.5 or not less than 70% at B. E. / B. Tech. Level. Other

Essential Qualification  Expertise in Typhoon HIL is essential.  A thorough understanding of Drives and Renewable Energy Systems are desirable.

Salary Rs. 15,000/- pm (including HRA)
