Research Associate-1 Polymer Chemistry recruitment in the IACS

Essential Qualifications: A candidate must have a Ph.D. degree in any field of Organic / Supramolecular / Polymer Chemistry from a recognized University /Institute with good publication list.

A candidate should have a first class or a high second class B.Sc. & M.Sc. degree in Chemistry with minimum average marks of 55%.

Desired Experience: The candidate should preferably be skilled in multistep organic synthesis and/ or polymer synthesis by various controlled polymerization techniques. Preference will be given to candidates with research experience in investigation self-assembly process of various supramolecular and polymeric systems by different techniques such as spectroscopy (UV-Vis absorption, fluorescence, NMR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), electron microscopy (SEM/TEM), scattering techniques (DLS, SLS), differential scanning calorimetry, isothermal titration calorimetry, etc.
