Project: “Development of a National Database on Millets”
Research Associate /1 position
Essential Qualifications: With Doctoral Degree: Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics/ Agricultural Economics/ Agricultural Statistics With Master’s degree holders:
Essential Qualifications: Master’s degree in the Above disciplines with 4/5 years of Bachelor’s degree having 1st division or 60% marks or equivalent overall GPA, with at least three years of research experience as evidenced from Fellowship/ Associate ship/ Training/ other engagements and one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI/NAAS, rated≥4.0) Journal.
Desirable Qualifications: Ability to analyze statistical data and handling of statistical tools like MSEXCEL, SPSS, R and documentation skills. Proficiency in English, Hindi and sufficient knowledge in MS-Office and computer usage.
Willing to travel to field sites. Rs. 49,000/- +HRA (For Master's degree holders) Rs. 54,000/- +HRA (For PhD Holders) **HRA as per ICAR rules and regulations

Desirable Qualifications: Working experience in survey based research project, Proficiency in computer skills and expertise in Statistical software packages and Report writing , Proficiency in English, Hindi and sufficient knowledge in MS-Office and computer usage. Willing to go on field surveys.

With Master’s degree holders: Essential Qualifications: Master’s degree in Bio Chemistry/ Food Technology/ Food Sciences/ Life Sciences with 4/5 years of Bachelor’s degree having PG Degree. Candidates having Post-Graduate degree the relevant field with 3 years Bachelor’s degree and 2 years Master’s Degree should have NET qualifications and 2 years of research experience.
Desirable Qualifications: Basic Computer knowledge, Experience in relevant filed will be preferred. Good at typing skills (minimum speed of 40 wpm) ,Fluency in English, Telugu, & Hindi,Willing to go on field surveys.
