Job Description

About part-time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on the projects on the use of ML/DL in the analysis of histopathology images
2. Designing machine learning algorithms/deep learning architectures for prediction/detection of Mitosis in digital histopathology images, for diagnosis of brain tumors
3. Featuring engineering on the whole slide digital images, building AI/ML models for prediction, visualization of the results
4. Deploying AI models into production and create APIs for deployment

Other requirements

1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, math, statistics, or a related discipline

2. Good learnability and good programming skills

3. Background in ML/DL

4. Proficiency in Python and the python packages/libraries: OpenCV, Keras, Caffe, Panda, PyTorch

5. Familiarity with Jupyter Notebook in an Ubuntu environment

6. Knowledge of undergrad introductory concepts in statistics, probability theory, and linear algebra
