Desirable qualification is experience in food microbiology focusing onmetagenomics, next generation sequencing, biological computation, analysis of all microbial-related identification sequences, experiences in latest soft-wares on PICRUSt, Alpha diversity indices like Chao, Shannon, Simpson, QIIME, OTUs relative abundance, microbial diversity, functionality
