Project : Improving the resolution of protein- protein
interaction (PPI) networks
Research Associate

Qualification : 1. Ph.D in Bioinformatics with BSc in
Mathematics/ Physics/ Computer Science OR, 2. Ph.D in Science with M.Sc. in
Mathematics OR, 3. M.Tech or equivalent in computer science/ engineering.
Desirable : Experience in the field of mathematical/
computational modelling of biological systems or in the field of systems
biology. Experience in developing own computer programming.
Emoluments : Rs.36,000/- +HRA
Age Limit : 35 years
Junior Research
Fellow
No. of Post : 01
Qualification : Master s degree in bio-informatics or
equivalent degree in any area of life science/ Biology with specialization in
Bio-informatics from a recognized University.
Desirable : Outstanding academic record with first class
throughout Good knowledge of mathematics and scripting and/or programming language,
especially perl, MATLAB.
Emoluments : Rs.25,000/-
+ HRA (For NET/ GATE/ Post Graduate Professional Degree Holders). Rs.16,000/- +
HRA (For others)
Age Limit : 28 years
