Research Associate /Chartered Accountant /Consultant  job Position in Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad

Research Associate

Skills: Excellent communication (both spoken and written English) , Strong IT skills (especially MS Office functions and internet) , Ability to work on multiple assignments in parallel, Must be a team player. Positive attitude and pleasant disposition is an essential requirement.

Qualification, Experience & Skill Requirements: The candidate should hold full-time graduate degree in any discipline with first class from any recognized university and should have minimum three years of relevant experience OR the candidate should hold full-time post graduate degree in any discipline with second class from any recognized university and should have minimum one year of relevant experience.  The candidate should have excellent communication skills (both written & verbal); interpersonal skills; and multi-tasking abilities.  In depth knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and other computer-related tasks is essential.

Age: Maximum 30 years as on the last date of application. Government of India instructions on reservation will be followed.

Salary & Allowances: Selected candidate will be offered a fixed term appointment initially for a period of three years on a consolidated monthly salary on CTC mode. The contract may be extended further as per the mutual convenience.

Chartered Accountant (Compliance)

Qualification & Experience:  The candidate should be a professional Chartered Accountant (CA). The candidate should have at least 5 years of post-qualification professional experience in the field of Compliance/ Finance/ Accounts/ Audit/ Contracts/ Legal Departments.  Experience in Autonomous Bodies or large Academic Institution or PSUs is desirable.

Age: Max. 35 years as on the last date of application. Government of India instructions on reservation will be followed.

Reporting: The selected candidate will report to the Director. Reporting structure may change as per the requirement of the Institute.

Salary & Allowances: Selected candidate will be offered a fixed term appointment initially for a period of three years on a consolidated monthly salary on CTC mode. The contract may be extended further as per the mutual convenience. During the contract period or after the successful completion of the contract, if the performance of the candidate is found excellent and Institute is in need of such permanent position, Institute may confirm the candidate in a suitable pay scale with or without further probation, depending on duration of earlier contract and performance.

Consultant – PGPX Corporate / External Relations Management

Expected skills: 1. Passion to take the IIMA PGPX brand to new heights. 2. Strong corporate network with C-Suite and HR Head executives across industries

 3. Management Education from a premier institute - PGPX Alum with strong alumni connections will be an added qualification

4. Experience of 10+ years as a senior executive in corporate post management education 5. Proactive with go-getter attitude 6. Experience in marketing/brand building (preferred) 7. Willingness to travel frequently.

Salary & Allowances: Selected candidate will be offered a fixed term appointment initially for a period of one or two years on a consolidated monthly salary on CTC mode. However, it is extendable upon mutual agreement on conditions. Compensation will be competitive as per current senior management emoluments in the industry.
