Job Description

Research Associate will be responsible for conducting primary research/data collection on various research projects
Profile includes interviewing high-level executive in multinational firms around the globe
Additionally, the individual would be responsible for conducting an online search to find contacts using available search engines, directories, reference sites, databases, LinkedIn etc.
Conducting quality B2B phone interviews in North America, UK, and Other global locations
Contacts building
Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration
Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently with attention to details Working on the conceptualize and designed project methodology in close coordination with the manager.

Required Skills:

Post graduate/graduate work in any stream
Experience in market research (KPO) with major focus on primary research or at least 6 months
Outbound calling for international destination
Good understanding of calling and quality process for international call centre
Excellent English language verbal communications skills
Good experience of inter-personal communication and persuasive skills
Goal driven individual, flexible with shift timings
Well versed with internet and internet based research.
