Job Description
1. Applications are invited from bright candidates for Research Associate (Post Doctoral level) in a project funded by DST.
2. Minimum qualification:
a. PhD in EE/ECE with specialization in Nanoelectronics with excellent publications record.
b. Areas of exposure - Memristors, Photodetectors, Sensors
c. Prior knowledge of synthesis of nanomaterials, device fabrication skills for electronic applications and product development/prototyping
3. Emoluments: 38000-47000 INR consolidated (no HRA)
4. Duration of the project: 6 months (subsequent extension based on performance)
