3. Monthly remuneration Payable: Rs.49,000/- + HRS for Master degree holders and Rs 54,000 + HRA for Ph.D Degree holders.
4. Qualifications: M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering with 4/5 years of Bachelor' Degree having ISt division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade pint average with atleast three years of research experience as evidenced from Fellowship/ Associateshiprrraining/ other engagements as other engagements as circulated vide F.No.2- 9/2012-HRD 25.4.2014 and one research paper in Science Index Citation (SCI)/NAAS-rated (24.0) Journal as per 0M sWs9/Z-09/2018 of DST dated 30.012019.
a) Desirable qualifications: Denovo assembly of transcriptome using various algorithms, Analysis related to whole sequencing. genome Variant Calling, filtering and related jobs of Next Generation Sequencing. Work related to population genetic analysis/ structure selection signatures shall be an added advantage.
5. Duration of engagement: Upto March 2023 or co- terminus with the project, is whichever earlier. However, contract can be terminated premature by side either without assigning any reason with a notice of 30 days.
6. Place of posting: NBAGR Karnal but may deputed to field for the work of the project.
Age Limit:
40 year for Men and 45 years for Women in case of RA on the date of interview.

This premier institute is dedicated to work with its mandate of identification, evaluation, characterization, conservation and utilization of livestock and poultry genetic resources of the country.
