Essential Qualification and Experience : Ph.D. or equivalent degree on a topic related to Thermoelectric materials or modules OR having 03 (Three) years Of Research, Teaching and Design & Development experience in Thermoelectric materials or modules area after Post graduate degree (M .sc. or equivalent) in Physics/Chemistry or M,E./M.Tech. in Material Science/Materials Engineering/metallurgy with at least one research paper in Science citation index (SCI) journal.

Salary: Rs. 54,000/- p.m. with HRA and medical facilities as per rules

Age Limit: Age: Not exceeding 28 years for JRF & 35 years for RA (age relaxable up to 5 years for SCIST and up to 3 years for OBC candidates).

Essential Qualification and Experience Post graduate degree (M.Sc. or equivalent) in Physics with first divisim and National Eligibility Test (NET) qualification conducted by CSIR-UGC (NET). MHRD ; (GATE) or JEST. Graduate degree in professional course (B.E./B.Tech_) in Material Science / Materials Engineering I Nanotechnology in first division with NET/GATE qualification OR Post graduate (MIE} M. Tech.) and graduate (B.E. / B. Tech) degrees in professional courses in Materials Science I Materials Engineering / Nanotechnology first division. both at graduate and post graduate level.

Salary: Rs.31,000/- p.m. with HRA and medical facilities as per rules
