Research Associate /JRF Neuroscience Job Opportunity in NIMHANS on contract basis on contract basis on contract basis

Project titled :“Understanding the neural correlates of music and rhythm perception and the effect of Indian music and rhythm based cognitive remediation in Parkinson’s disease”

Research Associate/1 Post

Educational Qualification : PhD/ Master’s Degree Cognitive Neuroscience with training in Magnetic Resonance Imaging acquisition analysis and EEG ERP data analysis.

Desirable Qualification : Experience in brain imaging research involving human subjects.

Experience with fMRI research paradigm creation (for example e-prime based/ similar software)

Experience with brain imaging analysis software

Age Limit : 35 Years

Salary: If the candidate is post PhD Rs.36000 + 30% HRA p.m If the candidate is post master’s Degree: Rs.28,000/- + HRA 30% p.m

Junior Research Fellow/1 Post

Educational Qualification : M.Phil Degree in psychology from an Rehabilitation council of India recognized institute.

Additional: Experience of working in the area of neuropsychological rehabilitation. Candidates with training Indian classical music.

Age: 35 Years

Pay Scale: Rs.28000
