Project I: Deciphering the role of calcium homeostasis
…..T cell dynamics ….Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection :
Experience in handling virulent Mycobacterium tuberculosis strains, patient
samples and a thorough knowledge of flow cytometry especially sorting of cell
subsets.
Project II: Delineating the mechanism of
transcriptional regulation ….INO80; Identification and characterization of the
protein complexes. Experience in proteomics and ChIP (Chromatin
Immuno-precipitation), human cell culture handling. Knowledge of Drosophila
genetics is desirable.
