Research Associate Life Science jobs opportunity in National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER) on temporary position
Title : “Assembly of Bacterial Cell Division Protein, FtsZ into Ring-like Structures: Cell Biological, Biochemical, Biophysical and Ultra-structural Characterization of Novel Mutants trapped in a Helical Intermediate Stage of Z-ring Assembly”
Qualification: Ph.D. in life sciences in disciplines of microbiology, biochemistry or cell biology. The candidates must have experience in molecular techniques like PCR and RT-PCR, RNA isolation from bacterial species, gene expression studies in bacteria, FTIR, and Fluorescence microscopy. Desirable: Work experience in Microbial Genetics and Molecular Biology.
