Research Associate OR Senior Research Fellow (Extended) job recruitment in Bose Institute
Project Title : “CBM MUCH” at FAIR under Prof. Sanjay K. Ghosh, Principal Investigator and Dr. Supriya Das, Co-Investigator, Department of Physics (CAPSS).
1. RA OR SRF
Essential Qualification : Ph.D. degree in Experimental Nuclear / Experimental High Energy Physics from a recognized university for RA position and candidates those who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis are eligible for SRF(Extended) position. Desirable Experience : Candidates should have experience in any one or more of the following area :- (a) Understanding of Physics of Quark-Gluon plasma at high baryon density. (b) Simulation (GEANT, Garfield etc.) on detectors for High Energy Physics or Nuclear Physics Experiments. (c) Data analysis for High Energy Physics or Nuclear Physics Experiments.

Associateship / Fellowship : Rs 36,000/- p.m. for RA / Rs. 28,000/- p.m. for SRF(Extended), plus admissible H.R.A.
Age : Below 35 years for RA / Below 33 years for SRF(Extended)
Tenure : Initially one year, extendable to a maximum of two years based on performance.
2. One position of Technical Assistant (Electronics)
Essential Qualification : Candidates must have diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Electronics and Telecommunication. Desirable Experience : (a) Candidates should have experience in computer programming. (b) Candidates must have good knowledge in digital electronics. (c) Candidates should have knowledge of PCB design. (d) Working experience with microcontroller
Pay : Rs. 12,500/- (consolidated).
Age Limit : Below 30 years
