· Drafting of software/electronics/mechanical Patents
· Preparing reply to Examination Report (IN and US)
· Drafting patent specifications (IN and US)
· Attending Hearings before Indian Patent Office
· Technical Analysis of identified documents for preparing Opinions relating to Opposition
· Assisting with client queries relating to Patent process in IN and US
Experience : 0-1 years
Skills:
· Strong analytical skills with thorough understanding of the technology domain
· Excellent written and verbal communication (in English) with particular ability in creative and persuasive writing
· Excellent comprehension and presentation skills
· Responsible attitude and ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
· Well developed interpersonal and active listening skills
