Qualification : PhD in Physics or EE (Specialization in experimental condensed matter physics or experimental semiconductor microelectronics preferred) or equivalent, or having 3 years of R&D experience in semiconductor micro/nano fabrication and/or molecular beam epitaxy (MBE), after M. Tech/ME, with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal. Prior experience with operation and management of standard cleanroom facilities and/or MBE growth will be favorably considered.
