• ​This is a field sales role for freshers. We are looking for confident energetic youngsters, who are excited about using their communication skills to connect with clients. 
  
• We are conducting India's largest school innovation study, across 4 South Indian States. 
  
• This initiative is supported by Government Ministries and by several Chambers of Commerce. 
  
• You will be working as a Research Associate, and reaching out to schools to talk to their principal, and invite them to this study.
  
• Locations: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Vijayawada
  
• Full time role, with Salary ranging between Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 15,000/- per month. Based on your performance, you can earn bonuses and incentives also.
  

Qualification:

• Any Graduate Degree
  
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel)
  

Skills:

• Good Communication Skills
  
• Should speak ​good ​English
  
• Must ​fluently ​speak ​one or more of the following local language​s - Tamil, Tel​u​gu, Kannada
  

Roles and responsibilities:

• Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the current client base
  
• Achieving sales targets through new client acquisitions​ (bonus incentives based on sales closed)​
  
• Identifying right prospects, cold calling, persuading clients, negotiation & closing the prospect
  
• Building & managing the strong relationship with the clients.
  
• ​Following up with leads, after meetings.
  
• Data Entry post sales meetings
  
• Preparing weekly reports, daily reports & organize reviews
