Research Associate Social Work recruitment in Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA)’s
The Research Associate will assist the faculty members of IRMA in the followingI. Support in formative research
II. Supervision of field work
III. Data cleaning
IV. Data analysis
V. Report preparation
VI. Administrative work such as coordination
Qualification and Experience: The applicant should have a Masters Degree in Social Work or Development Economics or related fields. She should have skills to perform basic data analysis in excel and SPSS. Good writing and communication skills in English are mandatory.Women Candidates would be preferred for this position.
Remuneration :Rs.40,000/- per month.
Age: Preferably below 35 years.
Selection process: Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed at IRMA, Anand. IRMA will reimburse them to and fro travel expenses equivalent to III tier AC rail fare and will provide free loading and boarding. The selected candidate shall be expected to join immediately. IRMA reserves the right to accept / reject any application. Relaxation in qualification/experience may be considered by IRMA in case of an exceptional candidate. IRMA also reserves the right to select any appropriate candidate outside the pool of applicants.
