1. Research Associate (RA)
Qualification: Possessing PhD degree Or 3 years of research, teaching and design and development experience after ME/M.Tech
Pay Scale : Rs. 36000/-pm plus HRA
Age: 35yrs
2. Senior Research fellow (SRF)
Qualification: M.Sc. Physics with 55% marks and at least 2 years of post- MSc research/teaching experience as evidence from published papers in standard refereed journals. Or
ME/M.Tech or equivalent degree in
Engg./Tech.
Pay Scale :Rs.14000/- pm plus HRA
Age: 32 yrs
3. Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Qualification: Possessing M.Sc. Physics with 55% marks and passing of valid NET/GATE.
Pay Scale :Rs. 12000/-pm
plus HRA
Age: 28yrs
*In case of non-availability of suitable/qualified JRF/SRF/RA staff a Project Assistant having M.Sc Physics may be appointed at a consolidated salary of Rs. 12000/-pm
Duration of Project: Three Years or up to completion of project whichever is earlier.
Desirable: Preference will be given to M.Sc Physics with Ist division candidates
