Research Associate /1Post
ICAR Extramural project entitled “Integrated Management of Fusarium Wilt – Tropical Race 4: A Devastating Strain on Banana”
Qualification: Ph.D. (Life Science / Plant Pathology / Microbiology / Biotechnology) or M.Sc. (Agriculture) specialized in Plant Pathology.
Desirable: Knowledge / work experience in biological control of Fusarium Wilt disease in Banana.
Pay Scale: Rs.40000/- + 20% HRA per month
DBT funded project entitled “Screening of Banana Geramplasm from the North East for Fusarium Wilt Resitance and Molecular Characterization in Contrasting Genotypes” for the NE programme
Qualification: M.Sc. or M.Phil. (Biotechnology / Microbiology / Plant Pathology) with NET qualification or M.Sc. Agri. (Plant Pathology / Plant Biotechnology) or Ph.D. (Biotechnology / Plant Pathology / Microbiology)
Desirable: (i) Interested to do Ph.D. (ii) Knowledge in Bioinformatics.
Pay Scale : Rs.25000/- + 20% HRA per month
