Title of The Project: Development of Virtual Reality Mine Simulator (VRMS) for improving Safety and Productivity in Indian Coal Mines

Essential Qualification(s) Research Associate (RA)
: Ph.D. in Mining Engineering. B.E./B.Tech. and M.E/M.Tech with first class in Mining Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Electronics & communications Engineering / Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering / Computer Science & Engineering / Computer Engineering / Information Technology with 2 years of research / teaching / field experience.

(The position may be downgraded to SRF if suitable candidates of adequate experience are not available.) 

Senior Research Fellow (SRF): BE / B.Tech. and ME / M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering / Computer Engineering / Information Technology with first class.

Desirable Qualification Work experience in Image Processing / Virtual Reality/Mining Age and Relaxation (if any) 

The upper age limit for RA is 35 years and 32 years for SRF as on 28.09.2019 (Age relaxation for as per GOI rules). 

Fellowship Research Associate (RA): Rs. 40,000/- pm for 1st Year, Rs. 50,000/- pm for 2nd Year. Senior Research Fellow (SRF): Rs. 28,000/- pm for 1st Year, Rs. 30,000/- pm for 2nd Year.
