Job Description

Research Associate Veterinary Science recruitment in ICAR-Indian Veterinary Research Institute on temporary and contractual basis.

Project on: “Development and evaluation of a genetically engineered vaccine against Newcastle disease and chicken infectious anaemia infection of chickens”

Qualification: Ph.D. Degree: PhD degree in any discipline of Veterinary Science / Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology/Biochemistry / Life Science. (OR) Master Degree: MVSc/MSc/ M.Tech in Biochemistry/Biotechnology or any branch of Life Sciences having 1 st division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average with 4 years/5 years of Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of research experience as evidenced from Fellowship /Associateship/ Training/other engagements.

Pay Scale : Research Associate-I (Rs. 36000/-) ,Research Associate-II(Rs. 38000/-) ,Research Associate-III (Rs. 40000/-)

Age Limit: The upper age limit as on date of interview shall be 40 years for RA. The relaxation in age in case of SC/ST/ OBC and women candidates is as per rule.
