Job Description
Major Purpose of Job :
- Plant Trouble Shooting
- Investigation of OOS/OOT & CAPA
- Training and Development
- Participate in Plant CFT meeting
- Documentation / GLP / GMP /cGMP
Principal task and Responsibilities:
Plant Trouble Shooting :
- Take part in Meeting with Production team to understand the process problems they face and to brief them on the progress on earlier process related issues.
- Develop Process to salvage OOS/OOT batch.
- PDR submit to quality assurance department.
- Provide support to production team for implement salvage process.
Investigation of OOS/OOT:
- Discuss with plant team and HOD Plant related OOS/OOT batch.
- DOE for investigate plant failure discuss with HOD.
- Execute lab experiment and generate quality data.
- Prepare Shift/daily report and review experiment data with HOD.
- Technically report review and submit to quality assurance department with Appropriate CAPA.
Training and Development :
- To take training for self development.
- On Job Safety and technical training impart to subordinate.
Plant CFT meeting :
- Take part in weekly plant CFT of respective plant.
- Give technical suggestion to plant for running issue.
- Conduct the trials in laboratory for plant issue and share the data to plant.
Documentation / GLP / GMP /cGMP :
- Take part to prepare daily, weekly, monthly report of activities undertaken, progress and issue and action plan.
- Review and sign the lab note book/Documents.
- Review and sign the calibration of daily use instrument.
