Job Description
Principal task and Responsibilities:
Major Purpose of the Job:
• To develop cost effective and robust process of API.
Principal Tasks and Responsibilities:
•To develop chemical process which is having least hazardous chemicals and cost effective process
of API in lab and the technology to be transferred at plant scale.
•To check the proof of concept of selected synthetic route.
•To develop cost effective, high quality and minimum environment hazardous process following cGMP & GLP guidelines.
•Lab process development and its optimization and validation.
•To plan the experiments, execution of experiments and record in Lab Note Book.
•Prepare standard samples for KSM, Intermediates, Impurities and Finish products.
•To do characterization and identification of finished product, impurities and intermediates.
•To transfer the technology from lab to plant.
•Demonstration of lab and plant validation.
