Job Description
"Major Purpose of the Job:
-To develop cost effective and robust process of API.
Principal Tasks and Responsibilities:
-To develop chemical process which is having least hazardous chemicals and cost effective process of API in lab and the technology to be transferred at plant scale.
-To check the proof of concept of selected synthetic route.
-To develop cost effective, high quality and minimum environment hazardous process following
cGMP & GLP guidelines.
-Lab process development and its optimization and validation.
-To plan the experiments, execution of experiments and record in Lab Note Book.
Prepare standard samples for KSM, Intermediates, Impurities and Finish products.
-To do characterization and identification of finished product, impurities and intermediates.
-To transfer the technology from lab to plant.
-Demonstration of lab and plant validation."
