Research Associates / Traineeship job recruitment in Gauhati University on temporary basis
Research Associates
No. of Post : 01
Qualification : Class M.Sc. Degree in Bioinformatics or Biotechnology/Molecular Biology or related subjects with working experience in the field of Bioinformatics.
Desirable : Ph.D. degree in any of the above mentioned areas and knowledge in NGS data analysis will be preferred.
Fellowship : Rs. 22000+10% HRA (without Ph.D.) Rs. 36000+30% HRA (with Ph.D.) per month. The post is temporary and will continue till March 2020.
Traineeship
No. of Post : 01
Qualification : Students who have completed Masters Degree in Bioinformatics or Biotechnology or molecular Biology/ Computer Science/MTECH to carry out project work in bioinformatics.
Desirables : Prior knowledge of programming language such as C, JAVA, MySQL is preferred.
Fellowship : Rs. 10000. P.M. fixed. Purely temporary upto March 2020.
