Research Coordinator/Research Associate recruitment in IIM Lucknow
Essential Qualification: A full-time Master’s Degree in Business Administration/ Management/Marketing/ Social Sciences/Mass Communication/Psychology or equivalent with a minimum 55% of marks or above
Desirable Work Experience: a) Prior relevant experience in research industries or Fresh PhDs will be given preference

b) Exposure to Qualitative Research Methods (e.g.: interviews, participant observation, coding, ground theory) and/or Quantitative Research Methods (e.g. Multivariate Data Analysis)
c) Scholarly writing for publishable manuscript Skills required: a) Excellent general & business writing skills
b) Excellent spoken English, ‘Polished’ communication skills c) Good interaction skills d) Proficient in making Power Point presentations Job requirement: a) Develop research proposal, selling ideas with stakeholders, writing publishable article
b) Winning sponsors c) Planning & execution of research including literature survey d) Should possess analytical & logical abilities
e) Project planning & execution f) He/She should be opinionated and should be able to defend debates
g) He/She should share some of his/her work before the interview
h) Ability to write/edit articles in collaboration with Centre’s industry partners, research associates, doctoral and post-doctoral student’s team members, for publication .
Honorarium: A consolidated honorarium from Rs. 4,00,000/- to Rs. 8,00,000 per annum, Depending upon prior qualification, work experience and strength of the candidature.
