We are seeking a Research Executive to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Job Summary
The Research Executive will be responsible for the identification, management, and review of state and central government schemes and compliance health checks. This role involves database management, market research on MSMEs, and preparing content for internal and external communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of government schemes, excellent research skills, and experience in content creation and cross-functional training.
Key Responsibilities
1. Government Scheme Management
- Identify and add state and central government schemes to the database.
- Regularly review and update the database to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage the upload and maintenance of government scheme data within the system.
2. Compliance Health Check
- Identify necessary licenses and registrations related to government schemes.
- Add compliance information to the database and perform regular reviews.
- Manage the upload and update of compliance-related data.
3. Market Research on MSMEs
- Conduct market research on MSMEs, including firefighting tasks and news preparation.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and summaries on MSME trends and updates.
4. Speaking Content and Speaker Readiness
- Develop and prepare internal presentations on various MSMEs and government-related topics.
- Conduct mock presentations and provide feedback to ensure speaker readiness.
5. Scheme Availment Team Support
- Provide handholding consultation and guidance to the scheme availment team.
- Assist in resolving issues and provide expertise on scheme-related queries.
6. Cross-Functional Training
- Conduct training sessions for the sales team on government schemes and MSME topics.
- Develop training materials and ensure the team is well-versed in relevant information.
7. Content Creation for Marketing
- Create engaging content for blogs, reels, and social media posts related to government schemes and MSMEs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall strategy.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s in Literature / Economics / Commerce
- Experience: Fresher, 0-1 year of experience in research, database management, or a related role.
- Skills:
- Excellent command over professional English.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Proficiency in database management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to conduct effective training sessions.
