Subject: Applications are invited for 2 PhD positions in Applied/Computational Mathematics

Research Fellow, 2 positions available

Remuneration * Rs. 31,000 per month + House Rent Allowance (Year-1, 2) * Rs. 35,000 per month + House Rent Allowance (Year-3, 4, 5) * Upto Rs. 20,000 per annum (travel/contingency/consumables).

Essential Qualifications : *(Must) CSIR/UGC-NET JRF exam clearance certification *MSc in Mathematics, Physics, OR Mtech in Electrical Engg, Mechanical/Aerospace Engg * Must have solid background in atleast one area: Ordinary Differential Eqns / Partial Differential Equations / Numerical Analysis / Linear Algebra *(Must) Proficient in MATLAB/Python or/and C/C++

Desirable Qualifications * Knowledge in computational partial differential equations * Basic knowledge in: Fourier-Laplace Transforms, Complex Variables * Good oral and written communication skills
