Qualification : The 'eligibility criteria' for the selection of Junior Research Fellow /Senior Research Fellow shall be with a degree in the appropriate area of study :-
a) B.E. with GATE qualified
b) Only M.E./M.Tech. degree shall be considered for SRF
c) M.A/M.Sc. with NET/GATE/SET qualified.
d) M.A/M.Sc. with 55% marks in aggregate where the scope of NET/SET is restricted or does not currently exist. In this case, a selection test may be conducted for consideration.
Value : Rs. 18,000/- per month (fixed) for Junior Research Fellow. Rs. 20,000/- per month (fixed) for Senior Research Fellow.
Age Limit : Age Up to 28 years for Science subject and 35 years for engineering subjects.
