Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting research on biomaterials like hydrogels and oleogels and using this knowledge to aid in the development of the required animal fat alternative.
2. Performing lab experiments involving biomaterials (hydrogels and oleogels) and troubleshooting.
3. Conducting sensory evaluations and analyzing data to ensure product quality.
4. Participating in product scale-up activities and working with suppliers to source ingredients.
5. Documenting research and development activities, including creating technical reports and maintaining lab notebooks.
6. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including adhering to lab safety protocols.
Note: Candidates with Food Technology Background or Lab Experience are preferred.
