Essential Qualifications : II class Master’s Degree in
Agricultural Economics or Economics with Agriculture, Economics/Econometrics.
Candidates with background of Agriculture/Rural in having experience of research
will be preferred.
Pay : On fixed pay of Rs.145,00/- per month initially for 89
days.
Age: Between 18-45 years. The upper age limit is relaxable
by five years for SC of HP/ST of HP/OBC of HP (age relaxation is as per H.P.
state Government’s instructions issued from time to time).

Essential Qualifications : II class Master’s Degree in
Agricultural Economics or Economics with Agriculture, Economics/Econometrics.
Candidates with background of Agriculture/Rural in having experience of research
will be preferred.
Pay : On fixed pay of Rs.14,000/- per month initially for 89
days.
Age : Between 18-45 years. The upper age limit is relaxable
by five years for SC of HP/ST of HP/OBC of HP (age relaxation is as per H.P.
state Government’s instructions issued from time to time).
Fee : Application processing fee for General Category
candidates is Rs.600/- and for SC of HP/ST of HP/OBC of HP is Rs.300/- which is
required to paid along with application form in the shape of crossed Indian
Postal Orders/Bank Draft drawn in favour of the Officer Incharge, Agro Economic
Research Centre, Himachal Pradesh University, Summer Hill, Shimla-171005,
payable at Shimla. The application processing fee once paid will not be
refunded (full or partial) under any circumstances.

About Company
The Himachal Pradesh University was founded on July 22, 1970. It is located at Summer
Hill which is at a distance of 5 kms from the main town, Shimla. The University
is nestled amidst tall and lush green trees of deodars, oats, pines and rhododendrons.
