Job Description

Online applications are invited from the citizen of India for filling up of 7(seven) posts of Research Officer, Group 'A' (Gazetted), under the Department of Planning & Investment Finance ,Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh in the pay Matrix 56,100-1,77,500/- in level plus other allowances as admissible to Arunachal Pradesh govt. employees from time to time. The number of posts to be filled up is 7(seven) posts . Out of 7(seven) posts, six posts are reserved for APST candidates and I(one) post is un-reserved. The vacancy position is subject to variation.

Position: Research Officer, Group 'A' (Gazetted)/ No of Posts: 07

Pay Matrix 56,100-1,77,500/- in level plus other allowances as admissible to Arunachal Pradesh govt.

Educational Qualification: Candidates applying for the post must be a Master Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Commerce, Geography and Statistics as one of the subjects from a recognized University or Institution.

Note: However, students who have already appeared in final examination of the qualifying Master degree course and awaiting result shall also be eligible to apply. Such candidates who are declared to have qualified by the Commission in the written competitive examination will have to produce original certificate/Mark-sheets of passing their degree examination issued by the Assistant Registrar/Registrar/Controller of examination/ Vice- Chancellor of the concerned University will only be accepted by the Commission on or before the date of Interview/Viva-Voce. Without the original certificate/Mark sheet they shall not be allowed to appear in the Viva-voce.

Age Limit:A Candidate shall not be less than 18 years and not more than 32 years of age as on 24-10-2020.

Application Fees:Candidates are required to pay fee of Rs.150 (Rupees one hundred fifty)only for APST candidates and Rs. 200/- (Rupees two hundred )only for General candidates through online mode only.
