Job Description
1. Conducting research on recent trends and initiatives in the mental health segment
2. Identifying and structuring the best practices recommended for enhancing mental fitness
3. Leading the initiatives in product development & design
4. Conducting risk assessment, mitigation planning, and monitoring in collaboration with teams
5. Identifying top-notch experts and institutions in the relevant areas, around the globe
6. Collaborating ideas with the team and the MD/CEO
7. Coordinating between different teams to ensure agility
8. Contributing significantly to the vision of being the market leader in the preventive healthcare segment

3. are available for duration of 1 month
4. are from Thane, Navi Mumbai, Mumbai and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
1. Must have a proven track record of excellence
2. Must be a high energy individual with out-of-the-box thinking skills
3. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. A Master's/diploma degree in psychology will be an added advantage
5. Professional counselors/psychiatrists/psychologists are encouraged to apply
6. Candidates with non-psychology background, with a keen interest in psychology and mental fitness, are encouraged to apply
7. One to two years of experience in start-up/teaching/training will be an added advantage
