Job Description
Research Scientist -Analytical Chemistry
- Good laboratory practices
- To develop method and to determine the purity of the organic compounds by HPLC , LCMS and by NMR
- Initially to develop the method on a analytical scale for the separation of organic compounds and to purity by preparative scale to get pure desired compound
- Scouting, analysing, processing, reporting of the compounds in the appropriate format
- Able to take up purification by Preparative HPLC to arrive at a pure desired compounds
- Will be able to do the calibrations of all the instrumental techniques and to record
- Able to analyse the solvents for the parameters like density, non-volatile matter, purity by GC
- Coordination and Cooperation for arriving at a confirmed methods for the purification and identification
- Structural elucidation for the compound for multiple stages of experiments
- To adhere to safety rules and regulations and to implement
