Job Description
1. Lead and direct group of research scientists for development, optimization, technology transfer, scale-up, trouble shooting and reverting deficiencies for parenteral formulations.
2. Handle projects targeted for global markets, especially for US and Europe filings along with ROW markets.
3. Plan, design, conduct and report relevant experiments/investigations to meet project timelines.
4. Lead scientific excellence in the design of new pharmaceutical dosage forms to meet the desired drug product performance.
5. Input into the design, scale-up and technical transfer of the manufacturing process into commercial operations.
6. Develop realistic proposals and timelines.
7. Participate in the patent evaluation, non-infringing formulation report and get it cleared from IPR & RA depts.
8. Review patents and literature to identify the best formulation Non infringing strategies of development of the formulation, with the head of the department.
