Research Scientist

Required Qualifications: Ph.D. in Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics or a related field.Strong experimental background in molecular biology, cell culture and in vivo cancer models.Strong track record of scientific productivity as evidenced by first authored publications in peer-reviewed journals. Very good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge in genomic and proteomic data analysis will be a major asset.

Salary: Rs. 44000

Ph.D. Studentships in Computational Biology

Required Qualifications:  The applicants MUST HAVE:M.Sc/M.Tech in Bioinformatics/ Biotechnology,Experience in coding with Python and R. Experience in PHP or other web technologies and MySQL. Experience working in a Linux environment and be able to do shell scripting.Fair knowledge of statistics . Experience in NGS data analysis. Candidates who has secured fellowships from the State/Central Government agencies such as BINC, CSIR-UGC, DBT and DST-INSPIRE will be preferred.
