About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Study the economic impact of laws and regulations
2. Collect data through surveys, observations, interviews, and other sources
3. Analyze and draw conclusions from data
4. Connect with local stakeholders related to the challenges(like nearby NGOs, NPOs, social organizations, businesses, institutes, administration, local influential personalities, philanthropists, professionals, administration, media, etc.)
5. Prepare reports, articles, or presentations detailing their research findings
6. Conduct social research remotely with help of local students, professionals, etc.
7. Collect data about the attitudes, values, and behaviors of people in groups, using observation, interviews, and review of documents
8. Develop, implement, and evaluate methods of data collection, such as questionnaires or interviews
9. Identify mentors with suitable backgrounds on the ground and coordinate the details of the project with them
10. Consult with and advise individuals such as administrators, social workers, and legislators regarding social issues and policies, as well as the implications of research findings
