• Shifts :Day shifts/night shifts
  

• Any graduate fresher(Degree or diploma in HM are preferable)
  
• 19-25 years of age
  
• Smart, Well versed in English
  
• Good spoken as well as written communication skills
  

Responsibilities and Duties

• Act as a main resource for reservation agents needing assistance technically or with regards to achieving customer satisfaction.
  
• Fully knowledgeable about rates, promotions, amenities, programs, hotel facilities and services.
  
• Manage systems that are set up within the reservations department to ensure accurate handling and monitoring of phone calls.
  
• Processes cancellations and modifications and promptly relays this information to the concerned department.
  
• Assists in preregistration activities when appropriate
  
• Usage of the proper softwares to process the reservations.
  
• Prepares letters of confirmation.
