Reservation Customer Support Executive Jobs in Ahmedabad - AB Tours and Travel
Job Description
- (only females are preferred)
- Attend to all Walk-in / telephonic / Email queries of customers
- Understand customers’ requirements and provide accurate, comprehensive information.
- Coordinate with the Support Team for Customized quotations, if required
- Promote sale of the products for domestic travel
- Payment Collection and handover to Accounts/Head Office
- Follow up on enquiries rigorously to ensure maximum conversions
- Coordinate with the Support Team to manage bookings
- Maintain booking Inventory/online booking portal Inventory.
- To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to generate business
- Reporting of Day to day working to Manager or Business head on daily bases.
- Any other responsibility as and when assigned by the business head or manager.
- Complete office based Job
- Good communication skill in English (both verbal and written) , Gujarati & Hindi
- Negotiating/ influence abilities
- Sales-Centric Attitude/ Business sense
- Well versed with MS- Word, Excel and Internet browsing
- Good personality, willingness for work hard & enthusiastic.
- Knowledge of Tourism industry, Tourist places, Indian Geography, etc.
- Awareness of Hotel operations, flight booking systems, etc. as required for travel agency
