- Handling inbound support calls from clients
- Handling reservation queries
- Coordinating with the Suppliers and clients to close any requirement; Airlines, Hotels etc.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Skilled in developing strong business relationships with customers
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate can apply
- Ready to work 24x7 on rotational basis
- Day shift for Females only
- Outbound calling or sales experience would be an added advantage
- Hindi Speaking would be an added advantage
- Experience in travel industry or any GDS would be an added advantage
