Handle all incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms efficiently and professionally.

Process individual and group bookings, ensuring accuracy in guest information, dates, and preferences.

Maximize room occupancy and revenue through effective sales and upselling techniques.

Maintain and update the reservation system with current availability, rate codes, and guest details.

Coordinate with front office and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.

Respond to guest queries promptly and provide accurate information about resort facilities, services, and packages.

Monitor daily reservation reports and cancellations, and take appropriate actions.

Follow company policies and SOPs to ensure a smooth reservation process.
Apply upselling techniques to increase average booking value by offering room upgrades, packages, meal plans, or additional services.
Understand and promote current promotional offers and discounts to boost occupancy or service usage.
