Position - Reservation Specialist – (2 Positions)
Location – Near MG Road Metro Station, Gurgaon
Department - Operations
Edu. Qualification – Under Graduate/Graduate
Experience – Fresher/0-1 Year Exp. with good written & verbal English
Job Description -
The person will be working on the booking of the Audio conferences, attending reservation inquiries on calls /mails, replying to the customers on mails, sending passcodes(Numbers) to the clients required for audio conferences, and Monitoring the audio conferences of the clients.
The person will be trained in the all areas of the Operations during the tenure so that he/she can become a good resource for the Conferencing Industry.
Salary -
13-15K per Month
