Job Description
Reserve Bank of India (RBI) invites application for the position RBI Research Associate
Salary:
- RBI will pay a consolidated stipend of ₹1,20,000 per month, subject to Income Tax, as applicable.
Qualification / Experience:
- Eligibility: The applicant should be an Indian national. She/he should have a Post Graduate degree in Economics / Statistics / Finance / International Finance / International Trade / MBA with specialization in finance / Banking / International Relations.
- Work Experience: About two years’ experience in conducting economic research and/or multilateral organisations-related work is desirable. Preference will be given to those candidates with multilateral work exposure.
Duration:
- The Associateship will be for a period of 9 months, from December 1, 2022 to August 31, 2023, which may be extended further by a tenure as decided by the Bank, solely at its discretion. The Associate should necessarily complete the full period of Associateship after selection and if she / he decides to terminate the same, a notice period of at least two months should be given.
Location:
- The Associateship is based at Mumbai, India.
Placement:
- Placements will be in the International Department (ID), Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai.
Selection Procedure:
- Candidates will be selected based on written test/personal interview/medical test/walkin interview. Once a candidate is selected they will be placed as Research Associate in RBI.
